Nice but occasionally cockroaches

Great neighborhood and neighbors

Cons

First few years there was little heat in the winter. Had to buy our own plug in radiator and had little to no hot water.

Decent apartment, reasonably priced.

Pros

Bright and sunny. Good fixtures, would resolve most problems quickly. Nice neighbours. Great super.

Cons

Hallways rarely cleaned. Had some issues with heat once and it took a week to resolve. We would get a couple of mice each winter.

Take more care of building, keep it cleaner to avoid pests.
