- Clean space - close walk to train - large kitchen with storage
- landlord lives below apartment and sits outside like a hawk monitoring all visitors - poor heating in building. Will get extremely cold in the winter - close to above ground train line so extremely loud
Leave tenants to enjoy rented space without creepily stalking them every day. If there is an issue please let tenants know.
