Poor management ...
Pros
I have been living the building for many years. The owners, Judith and her husband, are a very kind couple in their 80s and 90s. They are super sweet but they live in Westchester county and have no idea of what happens in the building. Nobody wants to bother them. The management takes advantage of it and does the minimum required, often not even that.
Cons
The management is a shame. The manager, Jay, is never in the building and while he is apparently very friendly, he does not care about fixing the problems. He would make constant excuses. Problems range from lack of hot water to low-frequency noises. The super, Duncan, does not answer calls and is often annoyed
