    Pretty good older rental unit

    Pros:
    Quiet, landlord is super responsive, pretty units with washer and dryer.
    Cons:
    Lots of issues with plumbing typical of old buildings, but landlord was responsive. Landlord never cleans common area.

    Clean common area
