    Noisy and rude

    Pros:
    The staff is great.
    Cons:
    It’s VERY noisy and the landlords for 4G left the apartment a bit of a mess with a broken appliances, broken doorknobs etc. They also don’t tell you there is an $1800 additional fee for condo application process.
    Advice to owner:
    Pay better attention to how landlords treat tenants.
