    Pros:
    Great location. Nice block.
    Cons:
    New building management has completely abdicated any sense of responsibility to tenants in maintaining a safe and healthy building. They are slow to respond to requests and often ignore tenant issues to the detriment of tenants.

    Respond to tenants when we talk to you
