    Landlord hates his life

    Pros:
    Great location, close to subway, apartments get good light
    Cons:
    Cheap construction, leaking water in basement, mold growing inside building, found cockroaches and mice inside building, windows don’t work properly, noise pollution from street
    Advice to owner:
    Get a different job
