Great New Building

Pros

Clean, quiet new building.

Cons

Nothing to report so far, other than the doors don't really have any sound proofing towards the hallway. But easily solvable with a little foam kit from amazon.

Great new building in greenpoint

Pros

Very responsive management. Nice amenities. Great cleaning crew. Great neighborhood. Very nicely designed apartment building with attention to details like finishes and materials.

Cons

Insulation isn’t great so it’s drafty by the windows. It’s a bit far to the subways especially in the greenpoint wind! Also a lot of construction going up in the area which can be noisy and an eyesore.
