New and clean units. Owner is responsive and a kind human which is rare in the land of NYC management companies etc. He doesn’t jack the rent every year and fixes stuff ASAP. Landlord uses a broker so you have to pay the fee but they have been the most professional and pleasant ones I’ve experienced in nyc. Highly recommend!
Cons:
I can hear my upstairs neighbor slightly more than I’d like but it’s not bad at all. I think I only notice because I’m working from home during covid.
Advice to owner:
Let your tenants know you have other properties. A lot would love to stay with you!
