Landlord is amazing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mr. Walsh was really nice! He was responsive and as helpful as he could be. The apartment was very reasonably priced and he never raised the rent.
Cons:
The neighbors were really loud above us.
Advice to owner:
When I lived there, the second floor tenant had a lot of parties and late nights and disturbed us. Soundproofing is recommended.

Pros:
Nice landlord, reasonable rent
Cons:
Not a lot of light throughout the middle of the apartment (very long rectangle layout). No laundry in building, but there is a nice laundromat on the corner.
Advice to owner:
Add laundry to building
