beautiful and comfortable building with a some issues
Pros
beautiful building with amazing windows, nice soundproofing from outside, good water pressure and temperature, nice roof and decent small gym. split AC/heating units are efficient and quiet. very comfortable to live in.
Cons
walls and doors are thin so neighbors will hear all your music and i can also hear people's conversations in the hallway loud and clear. residents are super lazy and don't take their laundry out overnight (or even days sometimes). the dryers are often slow bc residents refuse to clean the lint catchers, making lint get clogged deep into the drying machines and impeding their efficiency. on top of that, management is a bit slow to answer requests. building is all electric so with heating total bill can be a bit expensive in the winter ($200+ per month, vs $100 in summer). luckily hot water is included.
Advice to the owners
answer and address problems quickly (especially with shared laundry room)
