Nice South Slope Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, was decently priced when we first moved in. Small Building, only 5 other apartment (6 units in building). Landlord replaced Fridge, Range and Dishwasher while we lived there. We liked living in the 1 BR flex.
Cons:
Kitchen was outdated bathroom was tiny, as was the one bedroom was very tiny.

Great location, Terrible Communication
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, heating, tall ceilings
Cons:
Basements flood, owners admit to not taking precautions. Basement walls have had extensive water damage over the years and will not fix it. Very terrible communication unless an absolute emergency, and even then if they are on holiday you’re SOL regardless. Does not hire professionals to fix problems. Basement floods have included but not been limited to sewage backup they are actively aware is a problem but will not perform large fixes. Windows have no meaningful insulation
Advice to owner:
Fix windows, invest in sewage issues, hire professionals to actual clean sewage issues instead of blaming the tenants/leaving them to clean it all up
