Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant feedback for 355 16 Street in Brooklyn consistently highlights severe maintenance and management issues. Major problems include pervasive pest infestations (rats, roaches, mice), poor cleanliness, and neglected common areas. Heating is often inadequate during winter months, and water pressure is weak. Many tenants report unresponsive and disrespectful management, lack of proper repairs, and unsafe conditions such as lingering bloodstains after incidents in the building. While the location near the park and neighborhood friendliness receive some praise, the overall living experience is greatly diminished by building neglect, outdated infrastructure, and poor owner responsiveness. Renters caution against the building due to these ongoing hardships.

Nice neighborhood, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Enjoyed being so close to the park and having proximity to such great eats around the area
Cons:
The owner and management company are outright disrespectful, incompetent, and refuse to lift a finger to fix things unless an absolute stink is made in order to do so. Old pipes that make a ton of noise, dirty main area that reeks of cigarettes, constant issues with AC system going out in the summer, zero ownership of the buildings shortcomings
Advice to owner:
Fix the buildings issues and make sure tenants are happy before raising prices arbitrarily
