Clean and on the park

Pros:
The building is kept clean. The lobby (carpet) is shampooed and walls are wiped down. I never had issues with pests. An exterminator comes once a week. It's small, but you're paying for access to the park.
Cons:
Management takes 2-3 business days to respond. I agree with another review here-- walls are pretty thin. You can hear conversations and footsteps in the hallway, but my neighbors were quiet and respectful.

No pests. The building is kept clean and well-maintained. Good garbage management. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Management responsiveness is a hit or miss: PM takes his time and won't respond to urgent messages, like getting locked out, but responded quickly to an email about plumbing issues.
