    Excellent landlord

    Pros:
    Great, quiet location. Very responsive landlord with a lovely family. The rent amount seemed very fair at the time.
    Cons:
    There was a water bug infestation when we were living there but the owner was very responsive about it so not sure if it should even be a con.
