The owners dont want this property and it shows

Pros:
The other people living in building were super nice! Lots of space, pet friendly, great location
Cons:
Too many to list…missing tiles in the bathroom, shoddy electric that was definitely not up to code, garbage left by the owners in the basement and backyard, no super - tenants had to take out garbage/shovel/fill the boiler etc., they tried to fix everything on their own for cheap and often made it worse…oh and they were constantly trying to sell the building so we always had people touring the place.
Advice to owner:
Invest in the property or actually sell it and let someone make it great.
