Great Landlord, Bad Neighbor, Old Building
Pros
The rent is pretty cheap for the area, and the building is small and owned by the family that also owns the bakery underneath. Landlord is understanding and quick to reply, great exterminator.
Cons
My room has no heat due to a radiator that was spraying water all over my stuff. They came to fix it a million times but never did. Provided electric heaters but we had to pay most of that bill. Some windows also leak water really badly during heavy rain, especially the back bedroom. They have “fixed” it twice. There is also one terrible neighbor who is one of the meanest people I’ve ever met. We can’t even have family or friends over for dinner without her calling our landlord to say we are having a “party”
