Would work but needs work

Pros

Super was friendly and helpful. Neighbors often held events and festivities for other neighbors. Smoking permitted.

Cons

Mold issues were not treated seriously or properly addressed. Owner/ Landlord would not answer calls for service. 15%+ rent increase for 1st lease renewal. Hired help provided poor service.

Please get this apartment properly inspected, repaired, valued and managed.

Well managed, clean and no pest issues from living there multiple years. Decently quick responses to broken appliances.
