Wonderful location and nice condo layouts. Very quiet inside. A lot will depend on the owner of the unit as to what upgrades there may be.
Insulation was very bad so our heating and cooling was extremely expensive for a 1.5 bedroom ($400+ in coldest and hottest months). Generally cheap construction (door handles, doors, etc).
