Decent building, easy (if not totally present) landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super lives in the building, there are really long-term tenants, my apartment is very well priced, it's a great location, great steam radiators, and an exterminator comes once a month
Cons:
The apartments are railroad style and a little dark, things that are broken can take a while to get fixed if they're not very pressing and the work is always very slapdash. Fixtures and finishes are old or cheap new construction.
