Can hear neighbors both next door and upstairs, was not an issue in my apartment but can see how loud neighbors would make it problematiov Landlord tries to charge for everything, for example, charged for key fob when it just stopped working
Constant chaos and unresponsive management

Neighbor repeatedly stole packages from package room, assaulted delivery drivers, and threatened to attack other tenants. Unsuccessful eviction attempts by management. New building but built cheaply, problems with water heater, split ACs didn’t work right, building air circulation was all messed up so all the burnt food smells went straight into you apartment. Multiple neighbors smoking indoors.
Advice to the owners
Better tenant screening, fix the ventilation issue
