    Fantastic location, older building

    Pros:
    * Shami (the landlord) is very sweet, hasn't raised our rent in 3 years
    * Convenience of the location can't be beat, so many subways & buses
    * Little to no bugs/pests
    Cons:
    * Management can sometimes be slow to respond
    * If you are in a room facing the street, it can be very noisy
    * There is one tenant that frequently fights, yells, screams in the night (I can only hear this from my room)

    The management was great, Mussed is a good guy
    Cons:
    I personally didn’t like the problems that come with living in an older building, but Mussed was quick to address any issues. Thanks again!
