Evicting tenants across Brooklyn

Pros:
Good location in great neighborhood
Cons:
Recently bought by Greenbrook Partners who is evicting long-time tenants from many buildings across Brooklyn. City council members and nonprofit organizations are fighting against their predatory practices. McNam management is the subsidiary managing the building and is minimally responsive as basic maintenance of the building has diminished.
