    Unresponsive landlord, roaches, dirty building, no heat, old appliances

    Take care of the building and stop violating the law: provide heat.

    Cons:
    Owner/management is awful, don’t know what they’re doing. They own the restaurant on the ground floor and it is so gross. Bugs all over, my neighbor had bed bugs
