    Simple and great value

    Pros:
    Good price, beautiful yard that is shared, respectful neighbors, storage, clean
    Cons:
    A little noisy if construction or double parked cars outside the front of the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Just a bit more cleaning of stairwells
