Horrible. STEER CLEAR

Pros:
Literally Nothing. This building is a scam.
Cons:
Literally everything. Horrendous.
- Rats and mice everywhere. You fall asleep to the sound of mice/rats scratching in your walls and you see packs (literally 3-6 at a time) of them during the day in your apartment
- Roaches (massive ones) are also everywhere (in bathroom, in walls, cabinets, in bedrooms, in hallways…)
I seriously cannot believe this management is allowed to rent to anyone because the conditions were atrocious. What I listed above is the tip of the iceberg. Anytime we tell people what happened/what we experienced, everyone’s jaw drops.
We reported them to 311 but 311 inspector was not allowed in building so could explain lack of negative violations.
Seriously do yourself a favor and do NOT live here and make the same mistake we did.
