Great units, terrible management
Pros
Units are large and recently renovated, with many nice amenities.
Cons
No way to contact property owner or super; only the (mis)management company. They're all over the place, not particularly friendly, will try to "pull one over" on you.
Advice to the owners
Rein in your management company

washer/dryer in unit apartment!
Pros
The apartment was clean and had a washer/dryer in unit.
Cons
The apartment is located on a main street, and can get a little noisy.
