    Great apartment building!

    Pros:
    -Laundry in building -Very clean -Great location -Nice landlord -Spacious apartments -High ceilings
    Cons:
    -Landlord is sometimes not responsive -Stairs are steep and uneven
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the great work!

    Cons:
    Small bedrooms, thin-ish Walls. no recent updates to common areas or apartments
    Advice to owner:
    I would update some things in the apartment like refrigerators and cabinetry.
