    Lovely friendly coop
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - attentive, hard working supers
    - coop board is responsive and well run
    - lovely courtyards
    - mostly owner occupied, friendly neighbors
    Cons:
    - as in any large building that has to store garbage on site, there’s occasionally vermin problems. Coop and management very responsive to addressing these, though.
