Pros:
Good location. Landlord owns hardware store on the block so employees are frequently near by.
Cons:
Landlord is not great at tracking maintenance requests, completion requires several asks. Rent goes up 100+ per year. Rent checks can only be delivered in person to the hardware store.
Advice to owner:
Appoint a maintained point of contact who can manage requests more efficiently.

Pros:
Good outside space. Cheap rent. Good neighborhood.
Cons:
There was construction going on next door in the building next to this place but it’s done now.
Advice to owner:
Great Place! Would recommend lowering the heat a bit cause it gets super hot.

Really close to restaurants, bars and trains
Cons:
Impossible to reach, wouldn’t fix anything, lied to keep the security deposit
