Greedy evil landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location location location
Cons:
Owner doesn’t maintain building and openly harassed tenants. Often asks for rent early but takes weeks to repair anything and uses cheap labor. I watched him for years con tenants out of their security deposits simply because he was broke and mismanaged his money
Advice to owner:
Sell your building

Great location, chaotic landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Perfect location, large apartment, good roof
Cons:
Landlord left a dead body in the third floor for two and a half weeks. Landlord raised rent prices 50% after first year lease. Zero upkeep to the building and extremely unprofessional language.
Advice to owner:
Sell your building, someone else can better do your job.

Nice building, poorly managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment, access to outdoor space and roof
Cons:
The landlord is completely unresponsive and frequently changes his phone number. He seems cash strapped: he offered us a discount on rent if we paid early, and illegally refused to return our security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Please return our security deposit.

Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments, lots of light.
Cons:
I lived under this landlord for 4 years (2012-2016). The landlord at the time was Kenny Stewart (son of Annie John, who is listed as landlord) He was verbally abusive, only let us pay rent in cash (the males downstairs were allowed to write checks), and blamed us when normal maintenance issues arose and kept our entire security deposit. He
Advice to owner:
Sell the building or step up and care for your building and tenants normally.
