Fabulous building - very quiet with not many units.
Electric bill is so high - all appliances and water heating is electric - no gas
Great bathroom. good layout and size of spaces. Exposed brick. Communal backyard. Basement with open storage space.
Not a lot of natural light in most of the apartment. Stovetop and oven aren’t very strong
