    Okay-ish deal for old building

    - Reasonable rent for value
    - Nice area
    Cons:
    - Older building
    - Heat makes loud noise daily when it goes it
    - A few cockroaches
    - If you have an issue, it won't get fixed
    - Cold shower

    Close to so many amenities, nice hardwood floors.
    Cons:
    Hot water isn't reliable (means cold showers and boiling water to wash dishes some days); the super and landlord are friendly, but slow to respond to issues. The buzzer hasn't worked in nearly 2 years.
    Advice to owner:
    Get the boiler regulator and the buzzer fixed.
