Great location but not worth the price

Pros

Love the windows and the block, and bike room downstairs with two beautiful roofs

Cons

they will increase your rent from $300-500 a year One time the front door was open and they didn’t fix it for months, just put wood on the door I believe there were lead issues and a tenant moved out to sue management I moved in when the trash shoot was still working, then they took it away which means you have to go up and down to throw out your trash while paying obscene rent

- Great location - Relatively well taken care of - Nice neighbors - No problems with amenities in apartment like dishwasher etc - Roof access

Cons

- No garbage disposal (has been taken away) - Not very responsive landlord (unclear who manages building) - Building requires maintenance in hallways and entryway - Extremely high price hike for lease renewal
