    Exorbitant price increases for less amenities

    - Great location
    - Relatively well taken care of
    - Nice neighbors
    - No problems with amenities in apartment like dishwasher etc
    - Roof access
    Cons:
    - No garbage disposal (has been taken away)
    - Not very responsive landlord (unclear who manages building)
    - Building requires maintenance in hallways and entryway
    - Extremely high price hike for lease renewal
