Nice appliances and finishes in apartments. Responsive landlord.
Cons:
Heat causes apt to either be too hot or too cold.

-Location - next door to Franklin Ave shuttle train, close to Brooklyn museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park -Nicely renovated units -Very responsive and cooperative landlord -Actual handyman employed by landlord is responsive and skilled -Responsive and friendly live-in super -Quiet building -Monthly pest control
Cons:
-Water pressure could be better -My particular unit doesn’t get good airflow -Loud block party a couple doors down once every ~3 months
