    Cute building on the border

    Hardwood floors
    Full sized kitchen appliances
    Closet space
    Large windows
    A LOT of heat
    Cons:
    Mice
    Rent increase
    Excessive heat to 1st floor units
    Supers sorting garbage at 3am next to my window
    Advice to owner:
    Appreciate your respectful tenants

    Bike storage, good light, near S train

    They were kind and understanding about the uncontrolled infestation ons allowed us to break our lease with no fee
    Cons:
    Building was not able to manage rodent infestation. Laundry machines did not work. Heat was VERY hot
