Great location. Great heat retention in the winter.
Landlord does not deal with issues in a professional manner, takes it personally and reacts with anger. Omitted tour, upon move-in it was then disclosed that backyard entrance way, and basement were shared. Old appliances, oven hard to reach specific target temperatures. Central air advertised but did not cool the place, only moved air.
