Charming, cute, perfect location

Pros:
The location is really great, calm and idyllic street. Building walls are made THICK so usually can't hear any noise from neighbors, unless I'm at the end of the unit that directly faces my neighbor. Apartment units get GREAT light especially if you're southern facing. Landlord is responsive over text and email.
Cons:
Sadly what the building makes up for in location it lacks in amenities (dishwasher, elevator, bike storage, central air, W/D). It's an old place, so makes sense. The space is also a bit tight and the units narrow, kind of hard to have a proper living room. I live in a 1br that feels more like a studio with a wall, and it's a good size for one person but would be tight for two. I wish the space was bigger and there were more amenities given the rising price increases in last few years.
