Great space but with cut corners

Pros:
The unit has a great amount of space and was recently updated with new appliances, flooring, etc. It is a really convenient location and close to several subways and attractions, including the park.
Cons:
Management, while usually responsive, are very hard to deal with and often take a long time to repair issues properly. Workers are often not briefed about an issue or fix it quickly or improperly, leading to further problems. It is clear the upgrades to the building were done quickly as there are cut corners (no outlet in the bathroom, gaps in floorboards, etc.)
