Neighbors were nice & location is good.

Cons

Management is not responsive, building is poorly maintained/trash is not well maintained, and building had tons of issues (water damage/leaks, mold, pests).

Major Rat Issue

Pros

The landlord is responsive, there are dishwashers in unit and a washing machine in the basement. The building feels somewhat recently updated and the bathrooms are nice.

Cons

Only windows are in the bedrooms. Main issue is that there is a rat infestation outside of the building — seems like there is a huge rat nest directly under the trash area outside the building. Many rats run back and forth in front of the building at night
