    Location location location - right off Franklin Ave 45

    Pros:
    Shared backyard, bike storage, laundry; responsive management company; security cameras; updated features; mix of families and working professionals
    Cons:
    Small space for what you pay; sometimes noise on street from bus and Franklin Ave
    Advice to owner:
    Continue to keep shared spaces clean/smoke free and actively monitor for any pests
