Pros:
wonderful location, beautiful shared backyard with new deck, pretty exposed brick in some units, spacious bedrooms
Cons:
New management when I moved from this building was OK - a bit disorganized but maybe have improved; living room/kitchen area in (I think) all units are small and one combined room

Great Starter Apartment

Pros:
- Great location, located near plenty of restaurants and only a few blocks from the train - Friendly neighborhood with a good mix of young and older adults, families etc - Never too loud besides the back yard parties that would happen from time to time (mostly during the warmer months) - Laundry in basement - Free to use outdoor space - Mgmt kept the halls mopped and basement areas cleaned
Cons:
- Walk up building (but fine if you live on the lower floors) - Can sometimes hear the outside shuttle subway passing by the apartment. - Each room had a closet but there was no closet space outside of the bedrooms.
Advice to owner:
Overall, great apartment in a great location. Only left due to the rent being raised and my roommates moving away for work.
