Solid Place, but some details missing
Pros
Location is great and the apartments are spacious with big rooms.
Cons
Electricity went out for a full 5 days and they still just have a stop gap solution and haven't pushed for any full solve. the common areas are not cleaned frequently and the basement door left unlocked by the super so packages have been stolen by going through the basement up to the lobby. walls are thin. I hear guitar playing and singing at all hours pretty clearly. trash often piles up next to the doors. had ant and cockroach issues

This was a super cozy apartment, well maintained with excellent building management! The apartment itself is quite narrow so not great if you love to host or have a big dog
Cons
Towards the end of my time there some very loud people moved in, clearly recent college grads or something. Also they tried to raise our rent 72% after living there for 2 years with no issues so that sucked.
