Great spot, good management

Pros:
Location, large rooms, very friendly and responsible owner
Cons:
No real system for garbage, have to take the bags out to the curb yourself. Noisy corner can be frustrating.

Nice place, unstable landlord

Great location, great light, plenty of space
Cons:
Had issues with our utilities that needed responses / communication from the landlord. He was not responsive, and would yell at us when we tried to raise these issues
