It’s a beautiful place
Skimps on hot water and heat. I frequently had to call them in the morning to ask them to turn on the hot water. They’re paranoid about Wi-Fi radiation and once entered my apartment without prior permission and unplugged my router. Landlord once forced their way into an apartment against tenant’s will and had police called on her. I would stay away from this place. Don’t be seduced by its beauty.
