Great location close to Prospect Park and places on Vanderbilt. Also the hallways are kept clean and definitely feels like a safe building
Cons:
While the occasional mouse or roach may be expected, the pest response is horrible. They pay a company that only puts down glue traps. Management is also very slow to respond, you have to call multiple times to get someone to come over.

clean, quiet, friendly neighbors
Cons:
the property manager doesn’t email you back. very frustrating. I’ve never gotten the contact info for the super and can’t get in touch with them.
Advice to owner:
Try responding to emails from tenants!
