Absent, disorganized management

Pros:
Large apartments with original details, great light.
Cons:
Awkward/dysfunctional apartment layouts, Disgusting, slapped-together repairs throughout building, no working heat, building not registered with DOB, no reliability with landlord.
Advice to owner:
Treat your building better and this building won’t be such a revolving door of tenants.
