Heat in the winter is spotty, & front units are noisy but its worth it to live on Franklin Ave.

Good place to live

Pros

Clean, well maintained. The super is really nice and helpful, and the landlord is hands-off and a nice guy.

Cons

Walls between apartments are thin so you can hear your neighbors sometimes.
