    Rent was cheap
    Cons:
    The landlord is terrible. Threatening and rude. Ceiling collapsed more than once and landlord did nothing. Neighbors apartment flooded and landlord did nothing. One tenant had bedbug and landlord did nothing.
    Advice to owner:
    Start treating tenants with respect.
