- doesn’t recycle -wouldn’t fix broken glass in the front, super easy to break in -clearly build and maintained cheaply - could see through the floors to basement -can’t get a hold of landlord -no heat - paper walls - takes weeks to get anything fixed -no ac -kept $200 for my despot for paint after I painted
