    Love the neighborhood, hate the mess

    quiet, great location
    Cons:
    poor building management, pest problems
    Advice to owner:
    increase the frequency of cleaning in high traffic areas like the stairwell or the trash/ recycling. care more about the tenants and keeping the space clean and safe.
